Registration Procedure:

Upon acceptance of your full-length paper or abstract, authors are required to complete registration for MTME-2026. Registration is mandatory for inclusion in the conference program and proceedings. Fee details for each category are provided below.

The online registration form will be made available on this page after the completion of the review process.

Registration Deadline: March 23, 2026

Important Registration Instructions

Kindly adhere to the registration instructions provided after your paper/abstract acceptance:

Please carefully follow the instructions below to ensure successful registration:

  • One registration is valid for one paper/abstract and one participant only.
  • Separate registration and payment are required for each additional paper.
  • Ensure that all information entered in the registration form is accurate and complete.
  • The paper/abstract title and author name(s) must exactly match the submitted manuscript.
  • This information will be used for the conference program, certificates, and proceedings.
  • Payment proof (transaction receipt) must be uploaded through the registration form.
  • Additionally, please email the receipt with the subject line containing your Paper ID to: mtme@giki.edu.pk
  • A confirmation email and payment acknowledgment will be sent upon successful registration.
