Submission Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

Full-Length Paper Submission

Authors are requested to download the full-length paper template from the Downloads section. MTME-2026 offers publication opportunities with Materials Proceedings (MDPI) and Atlantis Press (Springer Nature).

Full-length papers should present original research, including new evidence, methods, or conclusions. These papers are expected to be expanded versions of work presented at the conference. While conference proceedings may include work in progress, submissions should provide sufficient technical depth to offer readers a clear understanding of the research contribution.

The manuscript structure should follow that of a standard research article and typically include sections such as Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions.

The maximum length of a full-length paper is up to eight (8) pages.

 Oral Presentation Submissions:

Authors submitting for Oral Presentation may submit either a full-length paper or an abstract.

  • Please download the relevant template from the Downloads section.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts, which will be made available online on the MTME-2026 website.
  • Abstract submissions should include the title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author details.

The manuscript or abstract (in Word format), along with a plagiarism/similarity report, should be submitted via email to:

Submission Email: mtme@giki.edu.pk

For Poster Presentations, authors are required to submit abstracts only, including author names and affiliations.

  • Accepted poster abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts, which will be made available online on the MTME-2026 website.
