Venue & Accommodation – ICET 2026

Venue: GIK Institute, Topi — a fully residential campus equipped to host conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Campus facilities include an auditorium (seating capacity 535) used for conferences and seminars, a cafeteria (GIKafe), on-campus hostels, medical center, sports complex, and guest accommodation including a Guest House and a Parents Lodge (availability-based).

Visa Information

The conference can issue an electronic Visa Letter of Invitation to registered speakers, authors, and attendees after full registration. The letter supports visa application only and does not guarantee entry. Participants are responsible for meeting immigration requirements and arranging visas through the relevant embassy/consulate.
