• Authors with accepted paper can register with the fees as mentioned below.
• Remaining participants will be required to pay the fee separately as mentioned below.

Camera-Ready Submission

Accepted papers must be revised in line with reviewers’ feedback and formatted strictly according to the IEEE camera-ready guidelines. Upload the final version to the conference submission portal by Sept 15, 2026.

Registration Includes

• Two full days of technical sessions, keynotes, and research exchange.

• Certificate of Participation, or Certificate of Presentation (for registered presenters only).

• Access to all technical sessions and conference activities (on-site/online as applicable).

Key Registration Policies

• At least one author per accepted paper must register by the deadline for the paper to be scheduled and processed.

• One registration covers one paper.

• Presentation (in-person or online) is required for issuance of a presentation certificate.

• Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Authors are advised to keep the submissions in line with the following.

1. The paper must be formatted in IEEE conference template (link.)
2. The maximum page limit is 6 while the minimum is 4.
3. Please perform the plagiarism check before submitting the paper as per the HEC/IEEE guidelines.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
