Author Guidelines

a. Authors are invited to submit original research contributions relevant to the themes and technical areas of the 4th International Conference on Emerging Power Technologies (ICEPT’27).

b. All submissions must be made in accordance with the prescribed IEEE conference paper format (IEEE Conference Paper Template).

c. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to evaluate their originality, technical quality, relevance, and research contributions.

d. Authors must ensure that the similarity index of each paper is less than 17%, with less than 5% similarity from any single source.

e. Authors must clearly acknowledge the use of AI for graphic generation or content creation, including paraphrasing, and must take full responsibility for the accuracy of the content.

f. Accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to compliance with IEEE publication requirements and final approval.

g. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for and present the paper at the conference. Further details regarding presentation formats and requirements will be communicated to accepted authors.
