        1. Professor & Center Director

Position Type: Full-time (teaching, research, and leadership)

Salary: Around PKR 1.00 million per month.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• PhD in AI from a highly ranked university.
• 11+ years of post-PhD academic/research in AI.
• Strong publication record in top-tier impact factor journals (minimum 15 as primary, secondary or tertiary author).
• Demonstrated successful supervision of MS/PhD theses.
• Excellent communications and teaching expertise.
• Proven ability to secure competitive research funding, lead major AI research/projects, or build academic/industry collaborations.

Leadership & Administrative Experience

• Ability to establish and lead a high-impact MS-AI program.
• Curriculum design, outcome-based education and accreditation familiarity, and academic planning.
• Experience in building research labs, mentoring faculty, and managing teams.
• Strong track record of industry engagement, innovation, or technology transfer.
• Experience or capability to build international partnerships (e.g., foreign universities, research labs).
• Expertise with GPU clusters, cloud AI platforms, and modern AI engineering tools.

Preferred Exposure

• Experience at top foreign institutions (teaching, research, or postdoc).
• Participation in major AI initiatives, startup ecosystems, or high-value applied AI projects.
  2. Assistant/Associate Professor

  Rank: Assistant Professor/Associate Professor

  Position Type: Full-time (teaching, research, supervision)

  Salary: Around PKR 600,000/- per month.

   Minimum Qualifications

  • PhD in AI from a highly ranked university.
  • Strong publication record in top-tier impact factor journals (minimum 10 as primary, secondary or tertiary author for Associate Professor, and at least as first author for Assistant Professor).
  • Excellent teaching ability at foundational and advanced levels in AI and supervise MS/PhD level research.

   Experience

  • For Associate Professor: 5+ years of post-PhD academic/research in AI. No experience required for Assistant Professor.
  • Prior teaching or TA experience at the university level (desirable for Assistant Professor, required for Associate Prof).
  • Experience with industry-scale datasets, AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), MLOps tools, or GPU computing.
  • Engagement in applied research or collaborations with industry partners.
  • Evidence of potential to publish in tier‑1 venues and attract funding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to academic excellence, integrity, and collaborative culture.
