ToRs for the Public Facilitation Expert
- Ensure inclusivity which lead to sustainability necessary for reform in justice sector’
- Ensure transparency, efficiency and accessibility of Public services offered’
- Streamline processes to reduce the need for physical visits to facilitation centre where
possible.
- Improve communication channels and build a mutually beneficial relationship between
the departments, lawyers, litigants and other stakeholders.
- Work for process improvement in light of the gaps as identified.
- Digitalize the public facilitation centre for automated facilities.
- Steps to improve the judicial accessibility and citizen services at Supreme Court of
Pakistan.
- To automate all the public related documents and services in line with international
standards at the facilitation centre.
- To explore new avenues for quality services and improved accessibility’
- Other related tasks as assigned by the Competent Authority.
Qualification:
Masters in the field of Social Sciences with proven expertise.
Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in the field of Public Relations and communication’
