Ms. Fakeha, PhD student from Department of Physics, Punjab University, Lahore, visited Computational Physics Modeling & Simulation (CPMS) Lab GIK Institute from 17th Nov – 3rd Dec., 2019 for her research work under co- supervision of Prof. Dr. Jameel-Un Nabi. She will be studying the role of allowed and forbidden charge-changing transitions in the calculation of terrestrial and stellar decays. Ms. Fakeha would also be sharpening her programming skills during her visit. Ms. Fakeha also delivered two seminars on Nuclear Shell Model during her visit.
