Mr. Gul Daraz, FES becomes the first graduate student to visit Sinop University Turkey under the recently signed Mevlana Exchange Protocol. Mr. Gul would be conducting his MS research work for one semester at Sinop University Turkey. Mr. Gul is doing his MS under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jameel-Un Nabi at the Computational Physics Laboratory, FES, GIK Institute.

Within a span of four years GIK Institute has signed MoU’s for faculty and student exchange with six leading universities of Turkey. These include Celal Bayar University, Karabuk University, Sinop University, Sakarya University, Izmir University of Economics and Kirikkale University. Mevlana Exchange Protocol with two other leading universities, Bozok University andIskenderun Technical University, is currently in pipeline. Faculty exchange under these programs started last year. Prof. Dr. Jameel-Un Nabi is the coordinator of these exchange programs from GIK Institute.
