STAFF POSITIONS

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE ABOVE POSITIONS

• Deputy Director (HR)
  • Qualification: MS in Management Sciences / MBA from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification HR experience in personnel management, coordination, or related fields in a government, semi-government, autonomous, or reputed private organization. Strong IT and communication skills are required.
• Assistant Director (Facilitation)
  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, or Social Sciences.
  • Experience: 2 years of post-qualification experience in transport management, estate management, or facilitation services. Proficiency in MS Windows and excellent communication skills are required.
• Senior Teacher (Islamiyat)
  • Qualification: 1st Class Master’s degree in Islamic Studies and a B.Ed or M.Ed from a recognized university.
  • Experience: 2 years of teaching experience in a well-reputed English Medium School or College level.
• Procurement Officer
  • Qualification & Experience: Graduate from a recognized University with 5 years experience in the relevant field in a government or semi government or autonomous or reputed private organization. Knowledge of word processing is essential along with PPRA and E pads  minimum 1 years practical experience is required.
• Supervisor (Horticulture / Sanitation)
  • Qualification: BS degree (min. 16 years of education) in Agriculture, Forestry, or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience: Preferably 2 years of experience managing horticulture, landscaping, or sanitation operations. Computer knowledge and good communication skills are required.
• Assistant Cook
  • Qualification: Middle or Matriculation with relevant food preparation experience.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on cooking/kitchen assistance experience in a commercial establishment, hotel, hostel mess, or large organization.
• Naib Khateeb
  • Qualification: Intermediate along with a Darse Nizami Degree (Shahadat-ul-Aalamia) from a recognized Deeni Madrassa.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience. Hafiz-e-Quran candidates are given preference.
