Requisite qualifications and experience of the above positions are as follows:

Web and Software Developer:

Qualifications / Skills

  • BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (minimum 16 years of education) from a recognized university.
  • Up to one year of relevant experience in web and software development.
  • Basic knowledge of Python programming, web technologies, and database concepts.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact with end users and technical teams.

Job Description

  • Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of web applications and enterprise systems (e.g., CMS/LMS/ERP such as Odoo).
  • Support the development of custom modules, APIs, and backend functionality using Python and related frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems.
  • Perform daily updates of official website content, ensuring timely publishing of notices, announcements, news, and other institutional information.
  • Manage and maintain databases and applications, including writing basic SQL queries and supporting PostgreSQL-based systems.
  • Monitor website functionality, performance, and security; troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs or broken components.
  • Test websites and applications across different platforms and devices to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Maintain version control using Git and support deployment and development tasks on Linux-based environments, while collaborating with IT teams to improve system performance and reliability.

Assistant Director (ORIC):

Master’s degree from a recognized university preferably with at least 2 years post qualification experience of working in Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) or Careers’ office (for students) of a government, semi-government or autonomous or reputed private Institution. Should have good working knowledge of MS office, taking minutes/notes of the meetings, drafting official noting/letters and excellent communication skills.

Assistant Director/Officer(HR):

Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration or Administrative / Social Sciences (minimum 16 years of education) from an HEC recognized University with preferably with 2–3 years of post-qualification HR experience in a reputable public/private organization. Candidates should have knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compensation & benefits, performance management, HR policies, HRIS/ERP, training & development, and employee engagement, along with excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills. Relevant HR certification will be an added advantage.

ALUMNI RELATIONS OFFICER:

“B.S.(Hon.)/Master’s degree holder (at least 16 years) with minimum three (3) years of experience in developing, coordinating, and evaluating programs and projects to promote Alumni relations and serve as liaison between the Institute and its Alumni. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Institute’s Alumni Relations strategy. The Officer will also ensure effective communication between the Institute and the Alumni to coordinate and arrange Alumni events and activities in the Institute.

Senior Teacher:

Master’s degree in Education or any Social Science discipline from an HEC-recognized institution, preferably with a Diploma in Educational Planning & Management (EPM) or Primary Level Montessori Education, along with a minimum of three (3) years’ teaching experience in a similar role at a reputed school. Candidates should possess digital literacy, modern teaching skills, and leadership abilities. Certification in Special Education (SEN) will be considered an added advantage.

Junior Teacher (English):

First Class Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in English from a recognized university, preferably with a TOEFL certification and an additional qualification in Education and Training. Candidates with at least two (2) years of teaching experience in an English-medium school will be given preference.

Lab. Technician, Electrical:

 1st class DAE in Electrical from a Polytechnic Institute. Candidates having three years relevant experience will be given preference. Computer skills are essential. 

OTA/Surgical Technician:

FSC ( Pre-Medical) with OTA Diploma from a recognized Institute with 5 years relevant experience in a government or semi-government, autonomous, or a private reputed hospital/organization.

STAFF NURSE:

Diploma in Nursing from a recognized Institute with 03 years’ relevant experience in operation theater/emergency care in a reputed Hospital/Medical Center.
