REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE ABOVE POSITIONS
M.S./In-Charge:
MCPS/MRCP/M.D. from a recognized University with a minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a government or semi-government or autonomous or a private reputed hospital / organization will be given preference. Must be registered with PMDC Islamabad. Should have good working knowledge of computers and excellent communication skills.
SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICER:
MCPS/MRCP/M.D. from a recognized University with a minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in a government or semi-government or autonomous or a private reputed hospital / organization will be given preference. Must be registered with PMDC Islamabad. Should have good working knowledge of computers and excellent communication skills.
MEDICAL OFFICER:
MBBS, RMP, preferably with 2 years’ experience in a government or semi government or a reputed private hospital / organization will be given preference. Must be registered with PMDC Islamabad. Should have good working knowledge of computer.
Psychiatrist
MBBS, FCPS (Psychiatry) / MCPS (Psychiatry) / MD (Psychiatry) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC/PMC), with 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in psychiatry. Experience in student counseling, mental health services, or working in academic/educational institutions will be preferred.
Clinical Psychologist:
Master’s or Bachelor’s in Psychology with 02–03 years of relevant experience in a government or semi government or a reputed private hospital / organization.. The incumbent is responsible for diagnosing psychological and emotional issues, developing therapeutic treatment plans, and conducting counseling sessions. Experience in student counseling and academic mental health services is preferred.
Paramedic Technician
Diploma in Paramedical Technology / Emergency Medical Technology / Medical Technician from a recognized institution. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital, emergency department, or ambulance service. Valid registration with the relevant provincial medical faculty / health regulatory authority, if applicable. Certification in First Aid, CPR, or Basic Life Support (BLS) from a recognized training body will be preferred.
Hostel Warden (Male):
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years education) from a recognized university with 03 years relevant experience in a reputed educational institution. The incumbent should be capable of managing hostel operations, maintaining discipline, handling students’ medical, social, and personal emergencies, ensuring cleanliness and proper upkeep of hostel facilities and assets, and promoting the health, safety, and wellbeing of students. Strong communication, interpersonal, drafting, and MS Office skills are required. Experience in student affairs and record management will be preferred.
DRIVER
Middle with valid L.T.V. or H.T.V/ P.S.V license and 4 years driving experience, Maximum age limit is 45 years (May be relaxed in suitable cases).
Ward Boy.
Middle with 2 years relevant experience.
