REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE ABOVE POSITIONS
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (FACILITATION):
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration or Administrative /Social Sciences from a recognized university, preferably with two (2) years post-qualification experience in a government, semi government or autonomous or reputed private organization in the fields namely; transport, estate management, store, general administration, and general coordination. Should have good working knowledge of MS Windows and excellent communication skills.
SUPERVISOR (SANITATION):
BA/B. Sc from a recognized university with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the sanitation field in a reputed organization and Janitorial services company.
ALUMNI RELATIONS OFFICER:
“B.S.(Hon.)/Master’s degree holder (at least 16 years) with minimum three (3) years of experience in developing, coordinating, and evaluating programs and projects to promote Alumni relations and serve as liaison between the Institute and its Alumni. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Institute’s Alumni Relations strategy. The Officer will also ensure effective communication between the Institute and the Alumni to coordinate and arrange Alumni events and activities in the Institute.
The candidate should also be capable of arranging lectures, seminars, and workshops, and should have good IT Skills and excellent communication skills.
LAB TECHNICIAN (FACULTY OF COMPUTER SCIENCE & ENGINEERING):
1st class DAE in Computer Science/Electronics from a Board of Technical Education with three (3) years’ post-diploma relevant experience in a scientific organization of repute, or BS in IT/Computer Science /Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering, or relevant degree with experience in Linux/Windows and virtual machines. Candidates should be ideally able to understand and repair general electronics equipment. Computer skills are essential.
TAX CONSULTANT:
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or a master’s in taxation, Accounting, or Finance, preferably with additional certification in taxation or public finance. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant tax consultancy experience, preferably in educational institutions.
EXAMINATION OFFICER:
Graduate or equivalent from a recognized university, with five (5) years relevant experience in examinations. Must have sound knowledge of the semester system and credit hour system, including grading and marks calculation. Computer skills are essential.
CCTV SUPERVISOR:
DAE in Electrical/Electronics/IT or related field with minimum three (3) years relevant experience to manage, design, and maintain the campus-wide surveillance system. must have strong expertise in analog and IP-based CCTV systems, with advanced hands-on experience in Dahua and Hikvision technologies. supervising control room operations and ensuring smooth functionality of all surveillance infrastructure.
OFFICE ATTENDANT:
Middle with 2 years of relevant experience.
SANITARY WORKER:
Literate with 2 years of relevant experience
COOK:
Middle with 4 years of relevant experience.
WAITER:
Middle with 2 years of relevant experience.
DISH WASHER:
Literate with 2 years of relevant experience
MALI:
Literate with 2 years of relevant experience.
CARPENTER CUM SOFA MAKER:
Middle with 4 years of relevant experience.
