Faculty of Electrical Engineering, GIKI students visited Fauji Cement Company Limited (FCCL) at Jhang Bahtar for an immersive industrial experience.
The visit began with a comprehensive safety briefing and PPE orientation, followed by an in-depth tour of
✅ Distributed Control System (DCS)
✅ SCADA System Operations
✅ Central Control Room (CCR) Workflows
✅ Waste Heat Recovery Technology (WHRT)
Students engaged with FCCL engineers, discussed real-world challenges, and explored internship and career opportunities, reinforcing GIKI’s commitment to academia-industry collaboration.
