As already intimated, you have been granted admission in The GIK Institute. The management looks forward to welcome you at the Institute. As per program, you are advised to reach the GIK Campus on Sunday, September 17, 2023 from 0900 Hrs to 1100 Hrs. You have been allotted the room in Hostel 10, 11 & 12, Graduate Hostel and MC for boys and New Girls Hostel and C -Type for female students. The hostel room and registration number will be communicated separately through GIK website www.giki.edu.pk.The Institute has planned an orientation session for you on Sunday, September 17, 2023. It will be in two parts including briefing on hostel living, academic schedules, library access, laboratory and computing facilities. Details and timings of the orientation session will also be posted on Institute’s website. The classes for Management Sciences fresh-persons will commence from Monday September 18, 2023.
You will be provided a shared accommodation. The room is furnished with Study Table, Chair, Book Shelf, Almirah, Bed with Mattress and a Pillow for each student. However you will be required to bring your own bed linen (bed sheets, pillow covers and blanket or quilt), towels and other personal items. etc. As the weather at Topi gets quite cold in winter, you are also advised to bring warm clothes and personal crockery for the room.
You are also required to deposit the following documents (original) in Admission Office on your arrival and if not yet available then latest by September 30, 2023 OR within ten days of declaration of results whichever is later:
