MS Studentship in Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
Applications are invited in Faculty of Mechanical Engineering for MS studentship under HEC-NRPU funded project on “Design and development of a remotely operated underwater vehicle (ROV) for under water structure monitoring and marine applications”. The objectives of the studentship are as follows:
- Mechanical design and fabrication of ROV
- Dynamic modelling and experimental validation
- Robust control design and its real time implementation employing embedded system
Proficiency in mechatronics system design, embedded system programming using “C” or python, control theory and experimentation are desirable. Candidates with strong hands on experience in above mentioned areas are encouraged to apply.

The selected student will be paid monthly stipend of Rs. 20,000/- for two years.
