Method 1: The application processing fee can be paid online:

Online Payment for Application Processing Fee through all 1 Link Member Banks (1 Bill Top-Up). The list of “Member Banks” can be accessed at https://1link.net.pk/members/.

Prefix: Use the following prefix for your transaction: Prefix + Student Admit Card Number. This will serve as your unique invoice, challan, or bill/consumer number etc.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to make your application processing fee payment:

• Visit your bank’s online internet banking portal / mobile application, and All ATMs across the country.
• Select the “1 Bill Top-Up”
• Use the provided prefix (Prefix + Student Admit Number) as your unique bill / invoice / challan / consumer number.
• Enter the amount (as per Fee Voucher of the GIK Institute).
• Verify the payment details and confirm the transaction.

Please ensure that the details are entered accurately to prevent any complications in the fee payment process.

Method 2: Using HBL Internet Banking/ Mobile App/ ATM

1. Open HBL App/Internet Banking
2. Click Pay (or More)
3. Click Education
4. Select GIKI New Admission
5. Fill in the values (i.e., Admit Card, Name, Guardian/Father Name, Amount to pay) ->
6. Submit

Send Proof of the Payment (Screenshot or Receipt/Document as attachment), Admit Card Number, and Name of the Applicant via email to ug.payment@giki.edu.pk. Please send the email using the email ID you used for registration on the admissions portal.
