Registration Guidelines

Registration Procedure:

After receiving the acceptance of your submitted full-length paper or abstract, authors are required to register for the MTME2025 Conference. The fee details are provided below for each category.

The deadline for registration has been extended to April 4^th 2025.

Kindly adhere to the registration instructions provided:

• One registration form is intended for a single paper/abstract and individual participant Separate registration and payment are required for each additional paper.
• Please ensure that all details provided on the registration form are accurate.
• The name and title of the paper/abstract on the registration form must be complete and accurate, matching the submitted paper. This information will be used for the program card and certificate publication.
• Payment details, including the transaction receipt, must be submitted through the registration form after completing the fee payment. Please email the transaction receipt with subject of your paper ID to Dr. Ali Turab Jafry at turab@giki.edu.pk.
• A confirmation email and receipt will be sent upon successful registration.

For registered MTME participants, the workshop fee is subsidized to Rs. 1000.
