Submission Guidelines

Oral Presentations:

Accepted manuscripts will be published online with indexed conference proceedings. Only authors with accepted manuscript will be eligible to present in the conference. All submitted manuscripts should follow the international research and ethical standards, must be original and should not have been submitted or published in any other conference or journal. The submitted manuscripts will undergo double blind peer review process. The selected papers will be reviewed by the conference committee, and the authors will be notified by March 06, 2024. All of the research work should be original; not previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere, neither in journals, nor books. Papers exceeding similarity index (plagiarism) of 10% with more than 2% from single source will not be entertained.

Poster Presentation:

Authors will submit abstracts only and all of the accepted abstracts will be published in book of proceedings and will be available online on website of MTME-2023.

Submitted manuscripts must be written in English, be at least 3 pages and maximum 6 pages long, format as per sample (sample provided on the website).

The list of headings, font type and size should be as mentioned in the word template. Figures, charts, plots, schematics, and tables should be high quality/resolution and properly indexed. The corresponding text on figures should be easily readable.

Completed word files (full length paper, plagiarism report, in case of Oral Presentation), or (complete Abstract of 300 words in case of Poster presentation) should be e-mailed to Dr. Hamza Mohsin (hamza.mohsin@giki.edu.pk) by February 06, 2024 (Oral and Poster Presentation)  at the latest. Once the peer-review is complete, authors with accepted manuscripts or abstracts would be notified by March 06, 2024.
