DESCRIPTION:10 October is observed as World Mental Health Day\, an international day for global mental health education\, awareness and policy advocacy. The theme of this year is Mental health in an Unequal World. Office of Student Wellness along with CBS\, IEEE and Sehat Kahani brings an opportunity to seek an equal support to learn about wellbeing. We are going to organize Well Being orientation on 12th of October from 10 am to 3 pm and you all are Invited to this walk-in kind of event. \nCome there and let’s learn about embracing human weaknesses\, speaking about taboos\, learning about coping\, and working on human strengths.
