It will include topics Definition of Project, Definition of Project Management, Body of Knowledge and Competency based Standards, Selection and Evaluation of Project Management, Screening and Discounted Cash Flow Models for Project Selection, PMBOK Knowledge Areas and Process Components, Project Management Process Group, Closing Process Group, Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resources Management, Project Communication Management, Project Risk Management, Project Procurement Management, Project Stakeholder Management, Project Planning & Scheduling, Project Teams and Successful Completion of Projects, Project Management Software.
