Introduction to power electronics converters; AC/DC converters; uncontrolled rectifiers; thyristor-basedphase controlled converters; PWM rectifiers; topologies and control; DC-to- DC converters; DC/AC single and multiphase converter topologies; multilevel converters; high power converters; applications including power supplies and motion control.
