The knowledge of individuals? perceptions, motivational attitudes and behavior enable students to not only understand themselves better, but also to adopt appropriate managerial policies and leadership styles to increase their effectiveness. The focus of instruction will move progressively through the individual, group and organizational levels of behavior and will examine the interrelationships of behavioral phenomena among these levels. Specific topics include leadership, motivation, teamwork, career issues, work roles, job enrichment, employee participation, and work and non-work integration.

All hours are per week.
3 Lab hours constitute 1 credit hour
1 credit hour implies 1 lecture of 50mins per academic week. 16 weeks in total.
