Sampling, sizing, comminution, physical and chemical processes, mineral concentration technologies including magnetic and electrostatic separation, gravity separation, and flotation. Applications to industrial practice. Disposal technologies and pollution control. Unit operations for processing particulate materials. Application to mineral processing plant design.
