Discrete-time control systems, Z transform, z-plane analysis of discrete-time control systems, design of discrete-time control systems by conventional methods, State space method analysis, Pole placement and Observer design, Polynomial equations approach to control systems design, Quadratic optimal control systems, Kalman filtering.
