Sealed Bids (Single stage one envelope), in Pak rupees, are invited from registered firms for supply of paint stores as per following details:

Interested firms are requested to take the following points into consideration before submitting their bids.
- Your sealed bid as per above format along with company profile must be delivered to the office of the undersigned on or before 11 March 2025, at 11:00 AM. Any bid received later than the scheduled date and time will be rejected and returned unopened.
- The bid shall be completed and signed by an authorized representative of the supplier.
- The quoted price should include sales tax or any other taxes as per Govt rules (if applicable).
- Providing of sample for each item is mandatory before supply.
- Tender fees 3,000/- non refundable and 2% bid security (CDR) must be submitted with the bid.
- Supply of whole items is 10 days from the issuance of Work Order.
- You are required to deliver the items in the specified time. However, failure to do so, GIK reserves the right to forfeit an amount of 0.1% of the contract price per day and up to 10% of the cost of the project. .
- The firm must quote price of all items, partial apply / bid is not accepted.
The proposals will be opened in the presence of available bidders at 11:15 hours on the same day i.e 11 March 2025 in the office of Director (Works & Projects),GIKI, Topi, Swabi. The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and to cancel the tender process or reject all tenders at any time prior to the award without incurring any liability.
