REQUISITE QULAIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE FACULTY POSITIONS

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR:

PhD in the relevant discipline from a recognized university by HEC in consultation with PEC with five (5) years post PhD experience as Assistant Professor and 10 research publications with at-least 4 in the last 5 years, in impact factor journals. Two years industrial experience in an organization of international repute will be considered equivalent to one year of teaching and research experience in the university. The applicant should have demonstrated the capability to conduct Independent and original research.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR:

PhD in the relevant field from HEC recognized University / Institution, preferably with some publications in refereed journals of international repute. The applicant should have demonstrated the capability to conduct independent and original research.

Faculty Members applied for IT Training Centre Islamabad with industry experience will be given preference.

LECTURER:

Master’s Degree/ (First Class) preferably in the relevant field from HEC recognized University / Institution with no 3^rd Division in the Academic career.

INDUSTRY EXPERT:

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s’ degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field with 3-4 years of experience in IT, having expertise in AI, Data Sciences and Block Chain, along with training experience in IT field is preferred. Some requirements may be relaxed for individuals having relevant Industry experience.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER / MECHATRONICS ENGINEER

BE/BS degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with 1^st division from a recognized university. Candidates with hands-on experience of lab Supervision and lab development will be given preference.

CIVIL ENGINEER:

BE/BS degree in Civil Engineering with 1^st division from a recognized university. Candidates with hands-on experience of lab Supervision and lab development will be given preference.

LIFEGUARD (MALE/FEMALE):

Strong swimming skills and the ability to perform water rescues effectively. Candidates should hold valid certifications in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid from recognized organizations. They must demonstrate physical fitness, endurance, and the ability to remain vigilant to monitor pool safety. Good communication skills and knowledge of pool rules and providing clear instructions during emergencies will be an added point.

TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL):

BE/BS degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering from a recognized university. Candidates having hands on experience in the fields of Solar Energy & Maintenance, Electrical Machines & Drives, Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and Power Systems or relevant areas.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT:

Graduate from a recognized University with 5 years’ experience of filing, diary, dispatch, appointment of visitors, flight inquiry, booking etc. in a government or semi government or autonomous or reputed private organization with short-hand and typing speed of 80 and 40 words per minute respectively. Knowledge of word processing is essential. Candidates with short-hand experience will be preferred.

STOREKEEPER):

Graduate from a recognized university. Experience of work in administration or technical store in a government or semi government or autonomous or reputed organization will be given preferred.

SUPERVISOR (SANITATION):

BA/B. Sc from a recognized university with a minimum of four years’ experience in the sanitation field in a reputed Organization and Janitorial services company.

SUPERVISOR (CAFE):

Graduate from a recognized university with Diploma Course of Cafe / Restaurant Management from a recognized Institute with 4 years’ relevant experience in a reputed hotel / Restaurant / Cafe.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE: 

MBA or equivalent (BS in IT/Computer Science will be preferred) at least 16 years’ of education and excellent academic record with specialization in Human Resource Management, Accounting and Finance, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Procurement, Marketing, General Business Management and allied disciplines. IT, Software Knowledge and Computer Skills are essential (Maximum age limit 25 years). Preference will be given to female candidates.

MACHINIST:

Matric with one / two-year apprenticeship certificate in Mechanical /Machining. Practical hands on relevant experience is preferable.

TELEPHONE MECHANIC: 

DAE Electrical /Electronic or telecommunication with 2 years’ experience in relevant field.
