Character Building society (CBS) under the Department of Student Affairs organized an All-Pakistan event on May 12th 13th 14th 2023 named as “TEDx GIKI”. The purpose of the event was to motivate the students and community of the GIK Institute to be successful in their life. Notable speakers were invited to the event to address the participants and community of GIK Institute. The speakers included Mr Ijal Ul Haq (VP of Pakistan Karate Federation), Ms Samar Khan (Cyclist/Adventurist), Ms Meher Ali Shah (Journalist), Mr Samad (CEO ASK Foundation) and Mr Jawad Paracha (IBM).
