- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and software, deploying and maintaining wired and wireless networks, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and application problems.
- Troubleshooting systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues, replacing parts as required.
- Setting up and maintaining users’ accounts and profiles (such as email, social media, Zoom etc.).
- Providing support in conducting online meetings.
- Coordinating the administration of IT services.
- Fulfilling requirements and priorities while working with IT resources to ensure effective and efficient solutions.
- Providing and managing IT systems, software and services to meet operational requirements.
- Coordinating IT procurements including hardware, software and services to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.
- Participating in the development, implementation, documentation and maintenance of IT policies and standard operating procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure effective operation of the organization.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and systems.
- Presenting ideas for systems and software improvements, including cost proposals.
- Preparation of training manuals and provide training and general support to users.
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
