The Rising Leaders’ Summit (RLS) 2022
Association International des Etudiants en Sciences Economiques et Commercial (AIESEC) under the Department of Student Affairs organized an All-Pakistan Event named as “The Rising Leaders’ Summit (RLS)” on 2nd, 3rd and 4th December 2022 at GIK Institute. Around 100 AIESEC delegations from different Universities/Institutes of Pakistan visited GIK Institute to participate in “The Rising Leaders’ Summit 2022”. Notable Universities/Institutes included NUST, IBA, LUMS and other universities in Islamabad, Lahore, Hyderabad etc.
The Rising Leaders’ Summit (RLS) 2022 is a revamp of the previously run Operations Summit. The newly elected leadership of AIESEC in Pakistan were invited to GIK Institute on “The Rising Leaders’ Summit” to learn and discover broader operations of their respective portfolios. The members of the AIESEC in Pakistan were given a chance to educate the AIESEC teams on how to gain insights into the art of leadership, thus honing their skill to take the entity to greater heights during their terms. Different sessions were organized to enhance the managerial skills, decision making skills, time management skills, conflicts management etc.
